Section 13: Power to relax

The Karnataka Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2012.State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

Where the Government are satisfied that the operation of any of the provisions of these rules causes undue hardship in any particular case, it may, by order, dispense with or relax the requirements of that 11 rule to such extent and subject to such conditions as may be considered necessary for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner.
