Section 14: Amendment of Section 58

Karnataka Co-Operative Societies (Amendment) Ordinance, 2009State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 11 of 1959

In Section 58 of the Principal Act, for clause(e) and the proviso, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(e) with any scheduled bank or financial institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of its choice.

Provided that in the case of a Co-operative Bank, such investment shall be made in accordance with the instructions and directives issued by the Reserve Bank from time to time."
