The Director of Co-operative Audit shall arrange to conduct the special audit of the State Cooperative Bank or Central Co- 11 operative Banks on the request of the Reserve Bank in the manner and form stipulated by the Reserve Bank and also arrange to furnish a copy of the report of such special audit to the Reserve Bank and National Bank within the time stipulated. The provisions relating to audit of accounts made under this Act shall also apply to such special audit.
