Section 26: Transactions with non-members

The Karnataka Co-operative Societies Rules, 1960.State Rules of Karnataka · 1959

Save as otherwise provided for in Section 59 and Section 60 3[x x x x x] no Co-operative Society shall enter into any credit transaction with a person other than a member, unless.-

(a) the bye-laws of the society permit it to enter into such transactions; or

(b) the previous sanction of the Registrar has been obtained by the society.
