In rule 15 of the said rules,- (A) in sub-rule (1) for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only)", the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five thousand only)" shall be substituted;
(B) in sub-rule (2),-
(a) for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only)" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) and for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only)" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only)" shall respectively be substituted;
(b) in the proviso, for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only)" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakhs only)" and for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only)", the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only)" shall respectively be substituted.
(C) in sub-rule (3),-
(i) for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only)" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen lakhs only)" and for the Alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only)" the Alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs only)" shall respectively be substituted;
(ii) in the first proviso,-
(a) in clause (a), for the words "is exempted from payment of the penalty, however the fees paid shall be forfeited", the words, alphabets, figures and brackets "shall pay a penalty of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) and the fees paid shall be forfeited" shall be substituted;
(b) in clause (b), for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only)" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only)" and for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only)" the Alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only)" shall respectively be substituted;
(c) after clause (b), the following shall be inserted, namely:- ¨sÁUÀ 4J , , 28 , 2024 12051 "(c) in case a non-in-service/regular candidate cancel /surrender Medical / Dental post graduate degree or diploma seat after the last date of admission, he is not eligible to take management quota seat or any other quota Medical or Dental PG degree or Diploma seat for a period of three years; and
(d) in case a non-in-service/regular candidate and In-service candidate cancel / surrender the seat before or after the last date of admission / counselling, he is not permitted/eligible for rejoining the cancelled / surrendered seat."
(D) in sub-rule (4),-
(i) for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only)" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only)" and for the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs 2,50,000/-(Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand only)", the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs 4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakhs only)" shall respectively be substituted.
(ii) in the proviso,-
(a) in clause (a), for the words "exempted from payment of the penalty, however the fees paid shall be forfeited" the words, alphabets, figures and brackets "shall pay a penalty of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) and the fees paid shall be forfeited" shall be substituted; and
(b) in clause (b), for the alphabets and figures "Rs 1,00,000/-" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs 2,00,000/-(Rupees two lakhs only)" and for the alphabets and figures, "Rs 50,000/-" the alphabets, figures, words and brackets "Rs 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only)" shall respectively be substituted.
