For rule 16 of the said rules the following shall be substituted, namely:- “16. Determination of fees.- The fees notified by the Fee Regulatory Committee constituted under section 6 of the Karnataka Professional institution (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) Act, 2006 shall be applicable for each college and course.”
