Section 8: Application of other laws not barred

The Karnataka Conduct of Government Business in the State Legislature Act, 2005State Act of Karnataka · Act 26 of 2005

(1) The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.

(2) Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as derogative of the provisions of Articles 174, 175 and 176 of the Constitution.
