Section 28: Suits for possession under the Specific Relief Act, 1877

The Karnataka Court-Fee and Suits Valuation Act, 1958.State Act of Karnataka · Act 16 of 1958

In a suit for possession of immovable property under section 9 of the Specific Relief Act, 1877 (Central Act I of 1877), fee shall be computed on one-half of the market value of the property or on 1[rupees one thousand]1, whichever is higher.
