Section 14: Revision by the Deputy Commissioner

The Karnataka Debt Relief Act, 1980State Act of Karnataka · Act 29 of 1980

The Deputy Commissioner may, on his own motion or on the application of any person aggrieved by an order passed under section 13 at any time call for and examine the records of the proceedings leading to such order, for the purpose of satisfying himself as to the legality of such proceeding and may pass such orders with respect there to as he thinks fit:

Provided that no such order shall be made except after giving the person affected a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
