Section 7: Legal practitioners not to appear

The Karnataka Debt Relief Act, 1980State Act of Karnataka · Act 29 of 1980

No legal practitioner shall be allowed to appear in any proceeding under this Act before the Assistant Commissioner.

Explanation.- In this section the expression “Legal practitioner” shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Advocates Act, 1961.
