In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,
(a) “Form” means a form appended to these rules;
(b) “Act” means the Karnataka Debt Relief Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act 17 of 2019);
(c) “Section” means a section of the Act.

19, dated:06.08.2019 in part IVA of the Karnataka extra Gazette, No.691, dated:06.08.2019 inviting objections and suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within seven days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
And whereas, the said Gazette was made avilable to the public on And whereas, objections and suggestions were not received.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 of the Karnataka Debt Relief Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act 17 of 2019) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules namely:- RULES
