Section 118: Penalty for impersonating at examinations

The Karnataka Education Act, 1983State Act of Karnataka · Act 1 of 1995

Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 25 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to 1[ten thousand rupees]1 or with both.
