Section 122: Punishment for contravention of section 28

The Karnataka Education Act, 1983State Act of Karnataka · Act 1 of 1995

Any person, who, without reasonable excuse, refuses to do any work connected with any examination and assigned to him, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to 1[ten thousand rupees]1 or with both
