Section 77: Appeal from the award of the arbitrator under section 75 in respect of amount

The Karnataka Education Act, 1983State Act of Karnataka · Act 1 of 1995

Any person aggrieved by the award of the arbitrator under section 75 may, within sixty days from the date of such award, prefer an appeal to the High Court:

Provided that the High Court may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of sixty days if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
