(1) The Government after verifying the proposal regarding the fulfillment of norms specified under rule 4 as per detailed checklist in Form-B may issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) in Form-II which shall be valid for a period of two years only.
(2) The institution shall obtain affiliation from the CBSE or the Council for ICSE and other recognized Boards within two years from the date of issue of No Objection Certificate (NOC). The NOC may be renewed after the expiry of the validity period specified in rule 8.
