Section 2: Definition

The Karnataka Educational Institutions (Appellate Authority) Rules 1998.State Rules of Karnataka · 1995

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires.-

(a) "Act", means the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 (Karnataka Act 1 of 1995)

(b) "Section" means a Section of the Act.
