Whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on 16.11.2012.
And whereas no objections or suggestion has been received in this regard.
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub (Karnataka Act 1 of 1995), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following Institutions (Collegiate Education) Rules, 2003, namely:
1. Title and Commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Collegiate Education) (Amendment) Rules, 2012.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rule 8:- In the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Collegiate Education) Rules, 2003, in Rule 8, after sub
(2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:
