Section 2A: Discontinuance of Maintenance Grant

the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Grant-in-Aid-for-Primary, Secondary and Pre-university Educational institutions) Rules, 1998.State Rules of Karnataka · 1995

Notwithstanding anything contrary contained in the Grant-in-Aid Code applicable to Primary Schools, Grant-in-Aid Code applicable to Secondary Schools and Grant-in-Aid code applicable to Pre-University Educational Institutions and in any other order, rule, notification issued in this behalf in respect of the said Institutions, no maintenance grant shall be payable to such institutions after the coming into force of the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Grant-in-Aid for Primary, Secondary and Pre- University Educational Institutions) (Amendment) Rules, 2001 and no arrears with respect to maintenance grant shall be payable for the period prior to the coming into force of these rules if such maintenance grants have not been claimed.]1
