3. Bill for dues: (1)"Every. bill for ducs payable to the Board by a;d¢btor shall be in Form-A.,
(2) Jf the debtor fails to pay the!!duc$ beforc thc date specified in the bill he shalllbe liable to pay, in addition to the amount specifedtherein, a penalty of twenty pcrccnt of such ducs
4. Notice of demand;: (uThe notice of de mand under sub-section (ij of section 4 sh£ll be' in Form-B.
(2) Every Such noticc cf demand shall be servcd on thc dcbtor cithcr in person or by scnding it by registercd post and if the debtor cannot bo found, the noticc may be scrved on any 'aduit male menbcr of the family of the debtor.
