Section 2: Substitution of rule 5

The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Annual Statement of Accounts) (Amendment) Rules ,2003State Rules of Karnataka · 1999

in The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2001 (hereinafter referred in as the said rules), for rule 5 the following shall be substituted, namely:- “5. Annual Statement of Accounts.- (1) Annual Statement of Accounts of the Commission shall be submitted to the State Government within six months from the close of the Financial year. Receipt and Payment Amount shall be maintained if Form 2.

(2) Separate account for Income and Expenditure of the Commission shall be submitted in Form 2A to the State Government.

(3) Balance Sheet of the Commission shall be submitted in Form 2B to the State Government.

(4) The Schedule of assets of the Commission shall be submitted in Form 2C to the State Government.

(5) The Annual statement of Accounts shall be accompanied by an audit report.”
