Section 2: Definition

The Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (Annual Statement of Accounts) Rules, 2001State Rules of Karnataka · 1999

(1) In these rules unless the context otherwise requires,

(a) “Act” means the Karnataka Electricity Reform Açt 1999 (Karnataka Act 25 of 1999)

(b) “Form” means a form appended to these rules ̤

(2) Words and expressions used in these rules and not defined shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act ̤
