Section 19: Power to remove difficulties

The Karnataka Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1974State Act of Karnataka · Act 36 of 1974

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notified order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act remove the difficulty:

Provided that no such power shall be exercised after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
