Section 35: Penalty for offence not otherwise provided for

The Karnataka Excise Act, 1965State Act of Karnataka · Act 21 of 1965

Whoever does any act in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act, or of any rule, notification or order made, issued or given thereunder, and not otherwise provided for in this Act, shall, on conviction, be punished 1[with fine which shall not be less than two hundred rupees and not more than one thousand rupees.]1
