Section 2: Amendment of rule 3

The Karnataka Excise (Manufacture of Wine) (Amendment) Rules 2025State Rules of Karnataka · 1965

In the Karnataka Excise (Manufacture of Wine) Rules, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in Rule 3-

(i) in sub-rule (1), for the words “Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district where the proposed Winery is to be located”, the words “Excise Commissioner” shall be substituted.

(ii) in sub-rule (4), for the words “Deputy Commissioner”, the words “Excise Commissioner” shall be substituted.
