Section 9: Amendment of rule 11

The Karnataka Excise (Manufacture of Wine) (Amendment) Rules 2025State Rules of Karnataka · 1965

In rule 11 of the said rules-

(i) in sub-rule (2) in clause (ii), for the words “Deputy Commissioner”, the words “Deputy Commissioner of Excise” shall be substituted.

(ii) in sub-rule (4), for the words “Deputy Commissioner”, the words “Deputy Commissioner of Excise” shall be substituted.

(iii) in sub-rule (5), for the words “Deputy Commissioner”, in two places where they occur, the words “Deputy Commissioner of Excise” shall be substituted.
