Section 2: Definitions

The Karnataka Famine Relief Fund Act, 1963State Act of Karnataka · Act 32 of 1963

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

(a) “Fund” means the 1[Karnataka Famine Relief Fund]1 established under section 3;

(b) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act;

(c) “State” means the 1[State of Karnataka]1.
