Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Fishing Harbour Terminals Authority Act, 1986State Act of Karnataka · Act 15 of 1990

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Fishing Harbour Terminals Authority Act, 1986.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
