Section 14: Accounts and Audit

The Karnataka Fishing Harbour Terminals Authority Act, 1986State Act of Karnataka · Act 15 of 1990

(1) The Authority shall maintain a true and proper account and other relevant records and, prepare an annual statement of accounts including the balance sheet in such form as may be prescribed.

(2) The accounts of the Authority shall be subject to audit annually by the Controller of State Accounts and as certified by the Controller of State Accounts together with audit report thereof, shall be forwarded annually to the State Government.
