Section 40: Appeals

The Karnataka Forest Act, 1963State Act of Karnataka · Act 5 of 1964

Any person aggrieved by an order under sub-section (1) of section 37, i n regard to the sanction or the permission referred to in that 1964: KAR. ACT 5] Forest 377 sub-section may, within thirty days from the date of the receipt of the order, prefer an appeal in writing to the Deputy Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner after following the prescribed procedure may pass such orders thereon as he deems fit.
