Section 71F: Property confiscated when to vest in Government

The Karnataka Forest Act, 1963State Act of Karnataka · Act 5 of 1964

When an order for confiscation of any property has been passed under section 71A or section 71C 1[or section 71D]1 and such order has become final in respect of the whole or any portion of such property, such property or portion thereof, 1[or if it has been sold under sub-section (3) of section 71A, the sale proceeds thereof]1 as the case may be, shall vest in the State Government free from all encumbrances.]1
