Section 10: Amendment of rule 164-B

The Karnataka Forest (Amendment) Rules, 2023.State Rules of Karnataka · 1964

In rule 164-B of the said rules,

(i) in sub-rule (3),

(a) in clause (a), for the words "rupees twenty thousand", the words "rupees forty thousand" shall be substituted; and

(b) in clause (b), for the words "rupees five thousand", the words "rupees ten thousand" shall be substituted.

(ii) sub-rule (3-A) shall be omitted.

FINAL NOTIFICATION Whereas the draft of the Notification NoRD:62:GLH 2022 Dated 14.10.2022 regarding altering the limits of Nagenahalli village of Kotturu Taluk and Vijayanagara District and constituting a new revenue village called Beladeri was published as required by section 6 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka act No.12 of 1964) in the Karnataka Gazette No. Part no 4a page no 15654 to 15679 dated 17.10.2022inviting objections or suggestions from all the persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette addressed to the Deputy Commissioner Vijayanagara district.

And whereas, the said gazette was made available to the public on Dated:09.10.2023 And whereas,no objections and suggestions have been received;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka act No.12 of 1964) the Government of Karnataka here by makes the following notification, namely:-
