Section 7: Amendment of rule 155

The Karnataka Forest (Amendment) Rules, 2023.State Rules of Karnataka · 1964

In rule 155 of the said rules, in sub-rule (9),

(i) for the words "rupees ten thousand", the words "rupees twenty thousand" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the words "rupees twenty thousand", the words "rupees forty thousand" shall be substituted; and

(iii) Para 2 shall be omitted.
