Section 17: Amendment of rule 138

The Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023State Rules of Karnataka · 2017

In rule 138 of the said rules, in sub-rule (14), in the Annexure, in column (2) of the table, against Sl. No. 5, after the brackets, word and figure “(Chapter 71)”, the words, brackets and figures “excepting Imitation Jewellery (7117)” shall be inserted.
