Section 11: Amendment of rule 67

In rule 67 of the said rules, in sub-rule

(2), for the words, brackets and figures “The details furnished by the operator under sub rule (1) shall be made available electronically to each of the suppliers” the words, brackets and figures “The details of tax collected at source under subsection (1) of section 52 of the Act furnished by the operator under sub-rule (1), shall be made available electronically to each of the registered suppliers” shall be substituted with effect from 1st day of October, 2023.
