Section 27: Concessions to temporary Government servants

The Karnataka Government Servants' (Medical Attendance) Rules. 1963.State Rules of Karnataka · 1990

Temporary Government servants who are regularly recruited and have put in more than a year's continuous service shall be eligible for the concessions other than monetary concessions sanctioned in these rules.

Explanation:- For the purpose of this rule, one year's service should be completed before the commencement of leave for the treatment of Tuberculosis.
