In section 180 of the principal Act, for sub-section (6),the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(6) The Regional Commissioner or any other equivalent officer authorized by the Government shall preside over the meeting in which no confidence motion against to Adhyaksha or upadhyaksha is being considered.” 8
