Section 31: Amendment of section 308 AB

The Karnataka Gram Swaraj and Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 14 of 1993

In section 308AB of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),-

(i)in clause (a), for the words, “the third day” the words “the fourth working day” shall be substituted; and

(ii) in clause (d), for the words “not earlier than” the words “not earlier than” shall be substituted.
