Section 34: Amendment of section 309D

The Karnataka Gram Swaraj and Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 14 of 1993

In section 309D of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), in the Table,-

(i) after clause (i), the following entry shall be inserted, namely:- i-a the member of the Legislative council registered as voter in that Taluk.

Vice chairman

(ii) in clause (ii), (iii) and (iv) for the words “Co chairman, Co-chairperson and Vice chairperson” the word “Member” shall respectively be substituted.
