Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Karnataka Habitual Offenders Act, 1961State Act of Karnataka · Act 24 of 1961

(1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Habitual Offenders Act, 1961.

1. Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973

(2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State of Karnataka]1.
