It shall be the duty of the chief of the Authority Security Force to give immediate information to the Chairperson the reports of attempts to commit, any offence against the provisions of the Act, or Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963) or any rule or bye-laws made there under.
