Section 9: Record of proceedings

The Hampi World Heritage Area Management Authority Rules, 2010.State Rules of Karnataka · 2003

(1) Proceedings of the meeting of the state level Advisory Committee shall be recorded and after obtaining the approval of the Chairperson caused to be sent to the members concerned by the Member- Secretary within a fortnight’s time.

(2) If any member is not in agreement with the record of proceedings, or any part thereof, he shall communicate about the same within seven days to the Member – Secretary for being brought to the notice of the Chairperson and the decision thereon of the Chairperson shall be final.
