Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Karnataka Health Cess Act, 1962State Act of Karnataka · Act 28 of 1962

(1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Health Cess Act, 1962.

1. Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973

(2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State Karnataka]1.
