Section 58A: Entry to bridges etc., without paying toll
The Karnataka Highways Act, 1964State Act of Karnataka · Act 44 of 1964
Whoever enters a bridge, causeway or tunnel without paying the toll prescribed under section 48A shall, on conviction, be punished,—
(a) for the first offence with a fine which may extend to one hundred rupees;
(b) for a subsequent offence with a fine which may extend to four hundred rupees.]1
