Section 72: Costs of proceedings before Courts

The Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997State Act of Karnataka · Act 33 of 2001

The costs, charges and expenses of and incidental to any suit, appeal or application under this Act before any court including the High Court, 1[wherever not specified]1 shall be in the discretion of the Court, which may direct the whole or part of such costs, charges and expenses to be met from the property or funds of the religious institution concerned or to be borne and paid in such manner and by such person as it thinks fit.
