Section 5: Home Guards selection committee

The Karnataka Home Guards Rules, 1963.State Rules of Karnataka · 1962

(1) The State Government shall appoint a Committee to be called the “Home Guards Selection Committee” for each of the areas for which the Home Guards are constituted under the Act.

(2) The Home Guards Selection Committee shall consists of such members as may be nominated by the state government.

(3) It shall be the duty of the Home Guards Selection Committee to advise the Commandant in the selection of candidate for appointment as member of the Home Guards.
