Section 37A: Provision when the Board is not constituted

The Karnataka Homopathic Practitioners Act, 1961State Act of Karnataka · Act 35 of 1961

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, pending the constitution of the Board for the first time under this Act, the powers and functions of the Board shall be exercised and performed by a committee appointed by the State Government consisting of the 2[Director of Indian 19 Systems of Medicine and Homeopathy in Karnataka]2 as Chairman and four members who shall be practitioners eligible to have their names entered in the register.]1
