RNI No. KARBIL/2001/47147 ∞¬Òû ¨sÁUÀ–IVA Part–IVA ¨ÉAUÀ¼ÀÆgÀÄ, ±À¤ Bengaluru, Satur Office of the Housing Commissioner, Kaveri Bhavan, Bengaluru No. KHB:ADMIN:EST2:PR:7:2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 76 of the Karnataka Housing Board Act, 1962 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1963), the Karnataka Housing Board with the previous sanction of the State Government, hereby makes the regulations, to amend the Karnataka Housing Civic Amenity Sites) Regulations, 2014, namely:

1. Title and commencement (Allotment of Civic Amenity Sites) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment to Regulation 3 Civic Amenity Sites) Regulations, 2019, for sub

(1) The Board may, out of the Civic Amenity sites available in any area number of sites for the purpose of providing civic amenity referred to in clause (d) of regulation 2, as may be required by the Central Government, th Central Government or the State Government, semi Government or Central Government subject to payment of requisite cost of the site shall be determined based on 30% of the prevailing guidance value.

3. Amendment to Regulation 8 Civic Amenity Sites) Regulations, 2014, for regulation 8(1) the following shall be substituted.

“Lease amount of the site all allotted on lease basis shall be fixed by the Board based on the prevailing guidance value of the intermediate residential site of that area.

(b) at 50% of the rate fixed by the Board under Regulations 8.1 [for Civic Amenity site in question is notified for allotment] for other categories.
