Section 12: Power to make rules

The Karnataka Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, 1963State Act of Karnataka · Act 24 of 1963

(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

(2) In making a rule under this Act, the Government may provide that a contravention thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to 1[two hundred and fifty rupees]1.
