Section 9: District level Single Window Clearance Committee

(1) The State Government, may, by notification constitute a single point clearance committee at the district level called the ‘District Level Single Window Clearance Committee’ consisting of such members, as may be prescribed. The District Level Single Window Clearance Committee shall examine and consider proposal received from entrepreneurs relating to industrial projects with the investment of upto 1 [rupees fifteen crores] 1 each to be set up in the respective districts.

(2) A member of the Committee shall attend the meetings personally and in case he is unable to attend the meeting he may depute a senior level officer with the written authorisation to take appropriate decision in the meeting.
