Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Karnataka Innovation Authority Ordinance, 2019State Ordinance of Karnataka · No. 7 of 2020

(1) This Ordinance may be called the Karnataka Innovation Authority Ordinance, 2019.

(2) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
